Send us a picture and win an handmade chess set!

We said last month that playing chess keeps the mind fit so why not do it during the summer holidays? We thought for this August to give concrete encouragement to this virtuous behavior by promoting a sort of small themed photo contest.

Here's what will happen. Until September 15th you will be able to send us a picture of yourself playing chess, no matter what chess or chessboard. It needs just that in the picture there are people playing chess (at the beach, in the mountains, at home, in the pool, in the car, on the ship, wherever you want) and the photo will be ok to participate. You can also send more than one, there are no problems.

How to participate, here are the ways

1) Send your photo as an attachment to info@venditascacchi.it with the subject "Send us a photo and win an handmade chess set" and in the text indicate your Facebook and / or Instagram account.

2) post it in your Facebook and / or Instagram account by tagging our Venditascacchi profiles

https://www.facebook.com/VenditaScacchi/

https://www.instagram.com/venditascacchi.it/

3) Go to our Facebook page and send it to us with Messenger

How to vote

From September 16th we will publish all the photos received in our Instagram and Facebook profiles and until September 30th it will be possible to 'like' the pictures. The photo that at 11.59 pm on 30 September will have received the most 'likes' (Facebook + Instagram) will be the winner and the author of the photo will receive our handmade chess set.

What you win

The winner will win a chess set with a chessboard that covers the wooden box containing the 32 chess pieces. Chess, with a historical or fantastic subject, are in hand-painted alabaster and resin while the box with a checkered container is made of wood.

Start shooting right away and send us your best shots.

Important: by sending your photos implicitly you authorize us to publish them in our profiles and to use them to illustrate our blog posts.
