32 chess.
Up to 8 processing steps. For a total of up to 256 passages between tools and manual processes, before a game arrives on the board.
For larger chess games, there are over 350 passages.
This is the craft work we do on each of the chess games, both on alabaster and resin chess and on metal chess pieces.
How do you keep your chess clean when they are a work of art?
To keep your chess at its best, just a simple brush or a soft cloth is enough.
You don't need any other additives if not a little patience.
To keep the artistic chess in alabaster and resin at the top, we recommend using a brush, synthetic or with natural bristles, which is soft but not too soft. The size of the brush depends on the chess that you will have to clean even if a cylindrical brush is still preferred (video).
If instead you have to do the cleaning of metal chess, a soft cloth is the one that's right for you (video). Do not add products.
How to clean handcrafted chess
Take one by one your artistic chess pieces, your brush, make yourself comfortable and perhaps with a soft cloth under the pieces, so if it slips inadvertently out of your hands while you are cleaning it it will not be damaged.
With the piece of the game in your hand, and the small brush in the other, remove the dust paying particular attention to letting the bristles enter the hollow points of the figure.
For metal chess, you have less risk: with your soft cloth take the chess one by one and polish it. They will come back as new in no time at all.
As you will see, you will only need a few minutes to keep your chess board as beautiful and shiny as you just bought.
