Artistic chess pieces in alabaster and resin worked and painted by hand depicting the Local Police and the State Police in the uniforms of the order that also distinguish this body of Italian law enforcement.
The light coloring resumes the colors of the local police, the dark, blue, resumes the uniform of the State Police. The chess has been enriched with distinctive details of the body of the Police: the scoop, the holster for the gun, and the belt with a single shoulder strap worn in parades of the highest grades. On the shoulders of the jacket of the King and the Queen of the chess, you can see the degrees depicted, and on the neck the little signs that show two golden flames. The chess horse is depicted as a policeman on horseback with the sword and the parameters of the horse as in parades. The tower shows the frieze of the police, the one reported on the caps: (source wikipedia) "Golden erect eagle, with crimson shield and monogram" RI "which means the Italian Republic, surmounted by a trimerlata tower".
The frieze of the golden eagle is also painted and embossed on every base of each of the 32 chess pieces.
